Charlie Clements
Founder

Charlie's skills lie in developing businesses and delivering complicated Asset transactions. For over 20 years, he has provided the hands-on management support and strategic vision required to deliver structured value creation and improve business performance. His experience helps companies solve complex operational issues and he has also worked extensively in the areas of asset and portfolio management. Charlie has managed investments in sectors including property, energy, the care sector and recycling, and has consistently delivered a return on investment for his shareholders. Charlie has managed a large Energy Fund for Renewable Energy.  Charlie is now managing the portfolio of investments in Hamilton March to allow them to mature over the next five years, but will sit in the investment team for any new projects.

Willy Andrews
Founder

Willy has over 20 years experience in professional sales and business management.  During this time he has developed a network of trusted and skilled contacts who can deliver consistently and specifically in key areas within the renewables industry.  In the last 6 years, he has delivered in excess of £50m in renewable projects including Ground Mount, Commercial Rooftop and Council tenant Rooftops. He has experience in both the client and delivery side of transactions, which ensures unique skills to close transactions for satisfaction of investee or investor.   In December 2021, Willy stepped into the role of CEO in one of Hamilton March's battery storage investments.
